The 1st time I had the chance business trip was to USA, luckily my visa was still available, just need to purchase an air ticket then take a plane. We can choose which airline we want to fly, of course, Singapore Airline will be the 1st choice, larger leg room and video on demand device, attract me more than other airlines. I arrived on Saturday afternoon and need to keep myself wake up all day, the best way is exploring the San Francisco city, famous Chinese immigration city. Union Square, Macy's, Cable Car, are all the famous tourist spots. I spent some time taking pictures, rest of the time stay in the shopping center. A lot branded clothes here are much cheaper, I tried very hard to control the desire to purchase, after all, most clothes here are winter clothes, not suitable for me staying most of time in Singapore.

Business trip means you can eat expensive food, ha ha, so I choose a restaurant which is famous in tourist guide, Ame. It's not very delicious as I think, it's too salty for me. Next day my 2 other colleagues join me to explore the city, Golden Bridge, fisherman's wharf, Lombard street and Coit Tower. We also had taste of Mexican food and delicious seafood in Farallon - Oyster and fish eggs. After all, next day will be whole day meeting, we must store some energy to begin our brain bombing sessions.

It's really tough meeting, whole day different informational sessions, after the knowledge bombing day, we had a BBQ event. Although very full, for other 2 male colleagues it seems not enough. So a friend of Nam drove us to famous fisherman's wharf eat the seafood, but this one is not as good as yesterday. Just Acceptable.

After 2nd day event, we head to the AT&T Park to see the live baseball game, because my company is based in San Francisco, we must support Giant team. This was very fun, everybody yelling to support their team, although people chat and eat most of the time. We also received a Giant gift card worth $25 which we could spend the money buying food or souvenirs. This is the sweet part, really appreciate the event organizer. However Giant lost the game, we still spent a joyful night. After the game, I took the Muni back to my hotel, quite an unique experience.

Final meeting day, we had a feedback session to report to HQ. It's really a good chance for us to report some of our problems, and I felt we are really capable to do something for improving our company and products. The feeling is really great. After the final session, everybody say goodbye and hope to be able to see each other next year. We also spent some time take HQ's pictures, and convince one colleagues who rent the vehicle drive us to the famous outlet - Gilroy Premium Outlet. We only had 30 minutes to go shopping, rush purchasing Adidas, Crabtree & Evelyn, and Guess, cheap, really very cheap.

The final day in San Francisco, I had my lunch in Cheese Factory, but the regret thing I didn't try their famous cake. Hope next time I have chance to try it. In the afternoon I fly to LA to meet Maggie, best friend from Senior high school. I really miss her a lot, we just like when we were students have a lot chats, regarding to family, work, friends and also about marriage. I don't know when we will meet each other next time, but I truly believe no matter where we are, if we need each other's help, definitely she will try her best. That's our precious friendship.
